Villa Ome
The Property — Villa Ome is a single-storey tropical residence designed around a central turquoise swimming pool and surrounded by mature palm gardens. The architecture follows a contemporary-tropical language — white rendered walls, natural timber doors and windows, high pitched ceilings with exposed wooden structure, and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow that defines the lifestyle offering. Bedrooms open directly onto the garden through timber-framed glass doors, and the master suite features a freestanding bathtub visible from the bedroom.
The Brief — The developer had three remaining units in a small boutique development and needed imagery that would differentiate Villa Ome from the increasingly competitive tropical villa market. The brief emphasised the pool as the visual hero, the indoor-outdoor flow, aerial context, and a lifestyle feel that showed the experience of staying rather than just the rooms.
What We Delivered — A photography package of 25 premium edited photos, five aerial drone shots revealing the villa's position within the palm garden, and a cinematic property video including a 60-second social cut optimised for Instagram and luxury travel platforms.
The Results — The visual package was deployed across LuxuryEstate, the developer's website, and targeted Facebook/Instagram campaigns. Two of the three remaining units sold within six weeks, and the final unit within ten weeks. The 60-second social cut achieved 23,000 views and 187 direct messages to the developer's sales team on Instagram.
"The pool shots did the heavy lifting. Every enquiry mentioned the colour of the water, the loungers, the feeling of privacy. That's exactly what we needed to sell the remaining stock." — Development Sales Manager
