The work — Floor plans that help buyers understand property layout before they visit, and cinematic videos that tell the story of a home. We combine precise measurements with creative filmmaking to give agents the complete listing package — the facts and the feeling, together.
What we cover — Accurate 2D floor plans drawn to scale from on-site measurements, showing room dimensions, door and window placements, and furniture layout suggestions. Cinematic property walkthrough videos (2–3 minutes) with smooth camera movement, professional colour grading, and optional background music or agent voiceover. Short social media cuts (30–60 seconds) optimised for Instagram, Facebook, and property portals. Drone-to-ground video transitions that open with an aerial establishing shot and flow into interior footage.
How we work — We measure every room on site using professional laser tools, then draw the floor plan in our studio. For video, we script a shot list based on the property's best features, film with gimbal-stabilised cameras for smooth movement, and edit with music or voiceover in post-production. Floor plans are delivered as PDF and image files; videos as full-length and social cuts.
Recent project — A luxury apartment complex in Zadar with 24 units that needed a unified marketing approach. We produced a 2-minute cinematic video combining drone footage, interior walkthroughs, and lifestyle shots, plus a 30-second social media cut. The developer reported a 50% increase in enquiries in the first month and attributed several direct bookings to the video.
