The work — Immersive 3D walkthroughs that let buyers and guests explore every room from their phone or laptop, with an accurate 2D floor plan included in every tour package. We use professional-grade scanning equipment to create seamless, high-resolution tours with dollhouse views, floor plan overlays, and interactive hotspots. Perfect for international buyers who can't visit in person.
What we cover — Full-property 360° scans that create a true sense of space and flow. Dollhouse view that shows the entire property layout at a glance. Room-by-room navigation with interactive hotspots for key features. Accurate 2D floor plans drawn to scale from on-site measurements, showing room dimensions, door and window placements, and furniture layout suggestions. How we work — We scan and measure each room on site using professional laser tools — the process takes 1–3 hours depending on property size. We then process the scan, add branding, embed hotspots, and draw the floor plan in our studio. The final tour is hosted on our platform and delivered as an embeddable link, with the floor plan supplied as PDF and image files — no technical setup required from you.
Recent project — A 12-room boutique hotel on Hvar Island that needed to compete with larger resorts online. We created a full 360° property tour including all rooms, common areas, and the terrace. The hotel relaunched their website with the tour embedded and reported a 40% increase in direct bookings within the first month.
