Behind the 48-hour real estate shoot

From booking to delivery, our workflow is built around one promise: great images in your hands within 48 hours of the shoot.

The booking — Most shoots are booked online in under two minutes. The agent selects a service, picks a date, and adds a note about the property. We confirm within the hour and send a brief preparation guide: declutter, turn on lights, open blinds, and make sure any outdoor areas are tidy. Small things, but they save time on site and improve the final result.

Before we arrive — We research the property, check the weather, and plan the route. In Trieste, light can change quickly because of the Gulf and the Bora, so we build in a buffer. For drone shoots, we confirm airspace clearance. For twilight shoots, we calculate the exact window for the best exterior light.

On site — A typical apartment shoot takes one to two hours. We photograph every room, find the angles that show space and light, capture detail shots, and shoot the exterior. For larger villas or hospitality projects, the shoot can take half a day. Throughout, we keep the agent or owner informed and adjust if the property has a surprise feature worth highlighting.

The edit — This is where the work becomes invisible. Every image is corrected for verticals, exposure, and colour. We remove minor distractions, balance interior and exterior light, and make sure the set of images feels consistent. Floor plans are drawn from our measurements. Video is cut to music or a voiceover. Drone footage is colour-graded.

Delivery — Within 48 hours, the client receives a download link with web-optimized and print-ready files. Everything is named and organized so it can be uploaded to a portal, printed for a brochure, or dropped into a social schedule. If something needs a small adjustment, we handle it quickly.

Why 48 hours matters — The property market moves fast. A listing that sits unphotographed for a week loses freshness. A listing that goes live two days after the shoot captures the full attention of active buyers. Speed is not a luxury in this business; it is part of the service.
